The main concept consits of solution of 2 main lines, namely the height line, which is catching the height level from centre to Ruži­nov and the green line, which has the responsibility to guide a pedestrians from the street to the center of the site. The designed structure responds to the environment and at the same time gives meaning to the surrounding. Therefore, a clear structure is chosen, which released towards the har­bour and is created by square shaped buildings. The struc­ture in relation to the surrounding closes from the street of Mlynské Nivy but reacts to the street line. At the same time, the main route is formed by a line to the harbour, which is enhanced by the addition of the dominant object. It co­operates with possible development on neighbourhood sites. The main pedestrian zone, which externally segregates the land into 2 parts, on the other side, connects it function­ally. It is a public space that brings into the urban plan the main idea of the harbour in the form of interactive boards about history with art works. The composition of the design gracefully letting spreads greenery into its inner blocks.
