The new concept, used as an industrial complex in the past, is not intended to preserve the existing structure or functional composition nowadays. Part of the new urban zone is a multifunctional residential complex, which focused mainly on residential, multi-functional or multi-level ground floor with content of public spaces, free-time activities and community functions, therefore supporting attractiveness and urban character of this environment. Together with other buildings and functions of this new build-up zone and in symbiosis with the genius loci, this complex creates an attractive center of interest of urban importance.
