The original courtyard surrounded by prefab­ricated buildings is defined by the unused potential of an unfunctional fountain and a lot of gap spaces. This foun­tain appeared in the debut Slovak film Fontána pre Zuzanu in 1985. The main purpose of the design and revitalization of the courtyard is to bring back life and the element of water as well as to define areas of pavement. Creating a place where people can meet and feel safe. The integration of multifunctional spaces and relaxation zones or a small garden making the structure of the courtyard cleaner and more organized. Special focus is on the revitalization of the fountain itself, which making the space of the courtyard more sociable. The new design around the fountain also highlights its location and value.
