Site on which is situated free-standing building, is locat­ed in the near center of the historical core. It is a two-storey gothic-renaissance house atrial type with an irregular four-winged plan located around a rectangular courtyard, which is placed in the rising slope. The house was restored in 1965. After deep analysis, a concept was created, which zoned the building and filled with sup­port functions that emphasize the development of tourism in the central historical part of Banská Štiavnica. The compo­sition of functions to the object is approached respectfully and considering the historical values of the struc­ture. The proposal is supported in three main directions - pub­lic, accommodation and private.
